Radical Rusty DJ Service has proudly operated for more than three decades. Our expertise lies in delivering exceptional musical entertainment for various occasions, including weddings, birthday parties, school dances, and other special events. To ensure a successful event, we require a minimum booking of four hours. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is necessary to secure the desired date.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer our services for residential or non-handicap accessible properties. Our DJ service includes providing the necessary music equipment and music for your event. If desired, a small lighting setup can be arranged for an additional fee of $150. However, please note that a minimum of two hours prior to the event will be required for the setup. Kindly note that we do not provide karaoke services.
Service Cost:
- To secure the date, the deposit of $150 must be made on the day of booking. It is a non-refundable deposit that can be paid in cash, cashier's check, or money order. For your convenience, digital payment methods such as Cash App ($DoubleR48), PayPal (@rustybench), or Venmo (@Double-R2019) are also accepted.
- The base rate is $100 per hour.
- If additional hours are scheduled ahead of time, the rate is $75 per hour.
- If additional hours are scheduled at the event, the rate is $125 per hour. Payment for these additional hours must be made before we reach the additional hours.
- If you opt for a small lighting setup, it is available at a cost of $150. However, please note that at least 2 hours prior to the event will be required for the setup.
- The remaining cost of the event must be paid in cash, money order, or cashier's check upon arrival to the event.
- Any additional hours scheduled at the event must be paid in cash, money order, or cashier's check before the additional hours are performed.

EVENT:
-On the day of the event, please note the following:
- We kindly request at least an hour and a half before the event to set up. This setup time is included in the price of the event and does not incur an additional cost.
- We will begin packing up 15 minutes before the scheduled end of the event. However, we will continue playing music until the actual end time or until any additional time is scheduled.
- As the service provider, we reserve the right to stop playing music if we perceive any risks or potential harm to our equipment or personnel.
- In such situations, we will promptly notify the customer and provide an opportunity to address any issues or problems before making a decision to shut down and leave.
- If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, we are unable to attend your event, you will not be charged. However, once we arrive and start providing our services, the agreed-upon payment becomes owed.

Requirements:
- An accessible location for disabled individuals is essential.
- We require at least two outlets in close proximity to our setup area.
- Wi-Fi access is necessary for our operations.
- The total payment in full is due upon our arrival. If payment is not received, we will be unable to proceed with the performance.
- Any additional hours scheduled at the event must be paid for before the scheduled additional time. Failure to make the payment will result in us packing up and leaving.
- While gratuities are appreciated, they are not obligatory.

MUSIC Playlist:
We offer a wide range of music options and are flexible in creating a playlist that suits your event. When planning the playlist, it's important to consider that a four-hour event typically requires around 40 songs, although this can vary depending on the nature of the event.
While we use the playlist as a guideline for the DJ, they have the flexibility to rearrange the songs and include music not on the list. Please note that we cannot guarantee that every song on your list will be played. We take pride in our ability to read the room and keep the party atmosphere alive. Unless specifically instructed by the customer, we have the freedom to curate the music and maintain a lively atmosphere.
For weddings and receptions, we kindly ask you to provide all the music you would like for these special events. During receptions, we typically play light instrumental music for approximately two hours, allowing time for dinner, photos, and the cake cutting. Once these formalities are complete, we will transition into party mode.
If your wedding and reception take place in the same location, we can provide music for both events and also supply microphones for the ceremony.
